I am Casey Ordoña, a Filipina entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience in tech and marketing agencies, spearheading digital transformations for both multinational corporations (MNCs) and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Southeast Asia and North America. My focus on understanding the psychology of consumer and digital behavior fuels my passion for teaching. I’ve had the privilege of instructing advanced digital marketing courses in colleges, delivering speeches, and facilitating workshops, aiding companies in navigating digital transformation, upskilling, and capability enhancement. During my leisure time, I share my knowledge on web, AI, and digital marketing through engaging blogs and video content.
As a digital nomad and traveling consultant, my current role is Managing Director at EVOLVE Digital Group, a digital media consultancy specializing in hyper-local marketing for healthcare and clinics, online-to-offline conversion, and data analytics. Under my guidance, the company has successfully expanded its international presence, establishing a strong foothold in Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and the United States.
I see myself as a catalyst for digital transformation, blending my leadership acumen, teaching passion, and entrepreneurial spirit to instigate impactful change in the ever-evolving technology and marketing landscape. Through my expertise, I empower organizations to unlock their digital potential and achieve success in today’s dynamic business environment.

Delighted to be a recipient of World Women Leadership Congress & Awards in Makati. Recognition of Leaders in Branding and Awards in Las Vegas. My own agency won an award as SME500 Singapore in 2023.
If not in between flights, you can find me strolling in park or hiking. If not, cooking and gardening – or anything that could remotely take me out of the screen. I like my coffee black. The bitter the better.
