Case Study: A fitness and wellness center based in LA

Objective: 

Ultimate goal is to increase brand relevance and preference by attracting organic traffic to the website and fostering a confident rapport to her audience towards website and social channel visitors whom are looking for a new workout routine, or considering her service, current customers, and her local community audience. We want to establish her personal brand as the main authority in Health and Fitness. 

My Process: 

It took me a great deal of understanding about LEWBH’s core values and aspiration to its customers. Using this, I went ahead and research about the audience, their motivation and drive, the community using tools like BuzzSumo, Google Trends, Content Tool from SEMRush, and Hashtags on Social Media, I came up with a keyword cloud and based my content calendar for the website pages, blogs, and her social media presence on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business Page.

My process: Audit the current social media channels and review the stats. Research for the top trending hashtags in fitness and wellness. Round up the top engaging posts based on likes and shares. Create a hashtag library that fits with the business. Categorize service offerings. Map out content based on strategies e.g. branding, contests / community engagement, promotion, season greetings, etc. Line up all the Call to actions such as book an appointment today, join our vip program, visit us today, share this post or tag your friends that needed this, comment down below if.., etc.

After crafting the caption, I proceeded to create the image using mainly Canva due to easy drag and drop, layout provided, and media assets. Secondary tools are Photoshop and Lightroom to touch up some raw images for creative production.

In between process, I’ve spoken to my boss who acts as the main contact person of the client, we also have a group thread on WhatsApp with the client to breeze through the process.
