These days I split my time between running my marketing & tech agency, EVOLVE Digital Group, with offices in Manila and Singapore.

What is your LinkedIn Success Story? (Tell us how LinkedIn helped you with your career and/or how you use LinkedIn to educate or inspire others)

LinkedIn has been a great platform that allowed me to connect to amazing individuals in or close to my industry. I’m lucky to have found amazing talents I have worked with, and most are still working with to this very day. LinkedIn is a great source of information and gauging sentiments and opinions on the latest topic in the business world. I’m delighted that I can share my thoughts and provide insights on this platform, allowing me to pass it across to those in need or who might be interested.

How can you use your influence as a woman to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive world?

My mantra is to lead by action. I have worked with agencies with teams and clients that are often comprised of different nationalities and different beliefs. Always seek genuine connection beyond confounding factors like gender, skin color, religion, socio-economic class, etc. The key is to be genuine in knowing about their background. Pro tip: Listen more than you speak; start with food!
