Doing Facebook Ads with budget constraints can be really challenging. Luckily, there are workarounds you can do like expanding your audience, retargeting, audience exclusions, and the most important thing is to have conversion funnel and ads should be ultra-specific to the audience intent on that buying stage. I placed the rest here in this video. Even after looking on Google maps for biz and expanding your CRM list, you will need a strategy to convert them into a potential customer.

My sales guy is insisting that we get leads by looking on google maps, finding industrial parks, finding the decision-makers of those companies, and then adding them to our CRM to market to as leads.
