WHY SHOULD YOU DEAL WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK?

Reviews are Crucial!

When was the last time, you did not check the review before making a decision? In a consumer-oriented world, your page must have reviews and ratings. It plays a big role in turning your audience to your customer. Here is how you can make the most of the different types of reviews on your Facebook page.

  • Irrelevant Reviews: As mentioned in the video, you can always report the review and the fake account to avoid such an instance in the future. You can also opt to hide the ratings and reviews on your page to control the tide for a while. Finally, you should always monitor and update your audience.
  • Positive Reviews: Positive reviews from happy customers will help you strengthen your community and eventually, your business. It leaves a drastic impact on your consumer and the strengths of your brand identity. Always remember to express your appreciation and commitment towards your customers by interacting with your happy customers, especially those have taken the time to talk about your brand on a social platform.
  • Negative Reviews: If you come across genuine criticism, it is time to get back to them IMMEDIATELY with an open mind. The way you react to constructive criticism will define if you care about your sales or customers. This is a great opportunity to express your concern and connect with them to understand how can you improve your shortcomings. But if they are baseless and an attempt to defame, do not engage with such reviews as it can give them a chance to spew more hatred on your page.

Social media is a powerful tool that plays a crucial role in deciding the fate of your business. Gone are the days when having likes defined business pages. Now your credibility and reach will be impacted by the interaction and the engagement of your community. So take your time and be wise when dealing with your customers!
